Can I move my forms from Contact Form 7 or WPForms?
Yes. Contactum’s built-in importer migrates forms from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, and Caldera Forms in one click, including notification settings, and can automatically replace the old plugin’s shortcodes on your pages. Conditional logic doesn’t carry over and needs to be rebuilt, so review each imported form before relying on it.
Do I need a separate spam plugin?
No. Every form has an invisible honeypot field, a minimum-time-to-submit check, and per-IP rate limiting on by default, with nothing to configure. You can add reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, or CleanTalk on top for extra protection, all built in.
Where do my form submissions go?
Every submission is saved as an Entry in your WordPress database — viewable, searchable, and exportable to CSV from Contactum → Entries — independently of whether the notification email arrives, so nothing gets lost to a spam filter.

Will it slow down my site?
Contactum only loads its scripts and styles on pages that actually contain a form, and pro field/integration code only loads for the modules you’ve activated — so pages without a form aren’t carrying any extra weight.
