Do I need to upgrade to use Contactum at all?
No. The free plugin includes a full drag-and-drop builder, unlimited entry storage, built-in spam protection, a Mailchimp integration, and an AI form generator — everything most contact forms need. Pro adds payments, multi-step forms, conditional logic, and the full integration library for sites that need them.
What happens to my forms if I downgrade?
Your forms and entries are never deleted. Pro-only fields (like payment or Step fields) are greyed out and stop functioning until you reactivate Pro, but nothing is lost.
What’s the difference between Personal, Business, and Agency?
All three include the same core Pro features (payments, conditional logic, multi-step forms, 36+ integrations, Post Submission, User Registration). Business adds PDF generation, quiz scoring, landing pages, and priority support on top; Agency adds unlimited site activations and white-label/client-friendly licensing on top of everything in Business.
