Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WPContactum. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including our WordPress themes, plugins, and related tools. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
WPContactum is a software company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, specializing in WordPress and WooCommerce plugins designed to enhance website functionality and performance. All use of our products is subject to the following conditions.
1. License for Themes and Plugins
All WPContactum themes and plugins are released under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3) or later. This allows you to use, modify, and distribute the software per GPL terms. You may install and use purchased products on unlimited websites, but support and updates are provided according to your purchased package. You may not, without written permission from WPContactum: resell or redistribute our products, list them on any marketplace, upload them to file-sharing services, include them within bundled offerings, or distribute modified versions of our products.
2. Lifetime Access
WPContactum may offer a “Lifetime Access” plan through a one-time payment. This grants ongoing access to the selected products as long as WPContactum continues to offer those products. If a product is discontinued, lifetime access for that product ends.
3. Warranty Disclaimer
All WPContactum products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, in line with GPL policies. We do not guarantee error-free performance, compatibility with all third-party themes/plugins, that future updates will not cause conflicts, or that our products will meet your specific technical or business requirements. Bugs or conflicts may occur, and we will address them where possible.
4. Limitation of Liability
WPContactum will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruptions, or inability to use our products, even if advised of potential damages.
5. Product Delivery
Products purchased from WPContactum are available for download through your WPContactum account dashboard. Free products may require basic account registration, if applicable. If download issues occur, verify your payment status and submit a support ticket if problems persist. Account-related issues receive priority support.
6. Compatibility
WPContactum does not offer custom development or integration services. Minor code fixes may be provided via support tickets at our discretion. Our products follow WordPress standards, but conflicts may occur. We will assist as reasonably possible.
7. Updates
Updates are regularly released to fix bugs, improve stability, or maintain compatibility with WordPress. Temporary fixes may be delivered through support tickets before full updates. Complex issues may require additional time.
8. Support Services
Premium support is available through our ticketing system according to license plan. Support is active for the duration of your license. Estimated response time: 24–48 hours (may take up to 5 business days during weekends or holidays). Free users are assisted on a lower-priority basis and may be redirected to WordPress.org forums. Support is not provided through social media.
9. Pricing and Offers
WPContactum may change pricing, introduce promotions, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
10. User Conduct and Illegal Activities
Users must not engage in fraud, spamming, exploitation, or any illegal activity under Bangladeshi law. WPContactum may block or terminate access without refund. Service may also be denied for websites involved in prohibited activities such as gambling, adult content, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Legal disputes will be handled exclusively by courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Amendments to Terms
WPContactum reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on wpcontactum.com, including themes, plugins, branding, images, and documentation, is owned or licensed by WPContactum. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our intellectual property without permission, except for source code governed by GPL.
14. Termination
WPContactum may suspend or terminate your access to products, accounts, or support if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
15. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
